Hypnobirthing is not a style of birth, it is for all births and can be used from home births to c-sections and inductions to epidurals. Hypnobirthing supports families and their choices, making their birth stories empowering and positive.

However your birth unfolds, hypnobirthing helps you to be relaxed and gives you the confidence to make informed decisions about your birth, body and baby that research shows makes a huge difference on seeing your birth as a positive experience.
